Mexican comedy duo, Tin Tan y Su Carnal Marcelo, rose to fame with their comedic songs and impersonations during the golden age of cinema in Mexico during the 1940s and 50s. They got their start as a duo in Ciudad Juarez where they sang in Spanglish and were known as fronterizo, moving smoothly between two cultures while famously seducing actresses on both sides of the border. They recorded an album of their hits for Ansonia in 1963.
